Lib Tech just dropped their 24/25 Skunk Ape Camber snowboard, and it’s something that big riders have been waiting for.
This board is a game-changer for those who prefer a classic camber feel under their feet. It’s designed specifically for bigger riders with larger feet, offering a mix of power, precision, and playful performance across the entire mountain.

The Skunk Ape Camber has a new shape with a floaty, all-terrain vehicle (ATV) nose that helps you glide over powder while still being nimble enough for tree runs and park laps.
Priced at $699.99, this directional twin board is designed to excel in all mountain conditions, from groomed runs to backcountry powder stashes.
The Skunk Ape Camber was Developed with input from big riders like Trevor Phillips, Krush Kulesza, Neil Green, and Kurt Jensen.
The slightly relaxed, longer nose shape offers excellent powder floatation without sacrificing responsiveness or control.
This board is primarily for aggressive all-terrain performance thanks to its centralized camber and medium flex. It’s suitable for intermediate to advanced riders who love the park but crave the versatility to explore the whole mountain.

The Skunk Ape Camber is meant to meet the needs of the larger rider and comes in sizes 161W, 165W, and 170UW.
It’s built with Lib Tech’s ultra-light HP construction, which makes chairlift rides and long days on the mountain less tiring. It’s built with a blend of 60% Aspen and 40% Paulownia in the core, Tri Ax/Bi-Ax glass with a Basalt alloy for reinforcement, and an eco-friendly top sheet.
The base is sintered for speed and durability, with birch internal sidewalls and UHMW sintered sidewalls for impact resistance.

One of the standout features is the Magnetraction technology, which uses strategically placed edge serrations for incredible edge hold in any condition, making turns sharper and more precise.
Riders praise the board’s edge hold, stability on rails and boxes, and the boost it provides off side hits. Though it may feel slower in powder until the slope steepens, its performance on groomed runs and in the park more than makes up for it.
If you’re a bigger rider looking for a snowboard that can handle your size while providing top-notch performance all over the mountain, the Lib Tech Skunk Ape Camber might just be the board you’ve been waiting for.
