Surf system

Mastercraft’s SurfStar system, arguably one of the best wake and wave systems on the market, combines ballast, software, hull features, wave-shaping devices, actuators, and sensors to generate powerful and symmetrical waves for surfing. The wave can be easily and finely customized for specific riders.

The newest version includes an easy-to-use interface, and preset rider profiles for setting up steeper or longer mellower waves based on each rider’s style and skills. The user can fill ballasts and select wave settings easily through the touch screen.

Motorization

The upcoming XT25 is powered by the Ilmor Marine 6.0L MPI engine (380 hp and 407 ft-lb torque), arguably the most reliable engine on the market with a 1000-hour warranty.

An optional upgrade will be available to the 430 hp 6.2L GDI version. Alternatively, saltwater boaters may opt for the close-cooled, aluminum block 5.3L GDI (365 hp).

Interior

The XT25 boasts a U-shaped seating area for up to 18 people with plenty of room. Among the features are:

  • An expanded cockpit
  • Ample bow space with lounge
  • Lots of storage options
  • Convertible passenger seats for watching riders in action

The standard marine vinyl used in the interior can be upgraded to CoolFeel vinyl which stays a lot cooler in hot wheather.

Technology

Owners of the XT25 will have telematics remote access on their mobile devices to the boat’s vitals. The data includes:

  • Battery and fuel levels
  • Bilge status
  • Engine health

The MasterCraft app also notifies dealers about service needs.

A new feature, the boat owner now has the ability to turn the battery on or off remotely.

The XT25’s Klipsch audio system includes 6 speakers (standard) for great sound on the water. The cockpit also has 4 protected phone holders with improved wireless charging features.

While the standard version includes a single screen for controlling the audio and the surf system, a dual-screen dash with a tower camera can be added as an upgrade option.

Tower, storage, swim platform

The XT25 comes with a choice of 3 tower options, the Z6, Z8, or Z10, all easily adjustable in height.

The clamping board racks offer easy board storage. Combined with the bimini board storage, the XT25 offers the greatest amount of board storage out there.

The XT25 has an optional swim step that easily flips down from the swim platform for easily getting in and out of the water.

Warranty

Like all Mastercraft boats, the XT25 comes standard with the five-year, 500-hour MasterCare comprehensive warranty.
