The Channel Island Happy Everyday is the newest surf skate in Carver’s lineup.
As the name suggests, this board is designed for everyday, versatile, all-around riding, with a focus on performance on the most common riding terrains – neighborhood pavement, driveways, sidewalks, beach parking lots, etc.

The Channel Island Everyday Happy is the successor to the 2020 CI Happy. It has the same outline and size at 30.75″ x 9.75″, and the same 16.75″ wheelbase.
It’s a streamlined and responsive shape with a wider tail bump, a squash tail, and a wide nose. It’s inspired by the iconic Channel Island Happy Everyday performance surfboard shape:

Like the surf skate, the Happy Everyday surfboard is designed for high performance surfing on the majority of waves the majority of people surf every day.
Back to the surf skate, the lean shape paired with C7 trucks leads to quick snappy turns for effective shortboard cross-training.
The big kicktail and comfy foot pocket at its base allow for radical tail slides and extreme turns when slashing up driveways or riding bowl.

The CI Happy Everyday has just enough concave for some foot lock-in. The surf skate complete ships with either the C7 or the CX truck set.
The C7 provides a very carvy, smooth, and responsive feel emulating classic surf with fluid drawn-out curves. The CX, on the other hand, provides a snappier type of riding for radical turns and tricks, including in the skatepark. The CX has a shorter height and provide a more stable ride.
The CI Happy Everyday comes with 69mm (soft) square-lipped Carver wheels which offer solid grip and fast roll.
